Can I exchange or return the product if I don't like it?

Yes, the product can be returned or exchanged as long as it is in its original condition and is not the personalized custom order. We have 30 days refund policy. So, the product can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receiving the product. Please note the buyer are responsible for the payment of shipping of returning the item.

How do I know the right size?

We have size guide in the pictures of the item. We highly recommend to check the size guide before placing order as our product size may be slightly different to the universal size guides.

How long will it take to receive the order?

We dispatch the product in the same business day if the order is placed by 2pm and on the following business day if its placed after 2pm. It normally take about 7-10 days on our free delivery service. It can be upgraded to express delivery if you require it urgently and it will be delivered with in 1-2 business days.
